The Social Enterprise World Forum will be held at the Calgary TELUS Convention Centre. The Convention Centre is located in the heart of downtown Calgary at 120 9 Ave SE, Calgary, AB T2G 0P3.

SEWF 2013 registration fees are subject to 5% Goods & Service Tax
Registration Fee Inclusions:
Full registration fees include the following: access to all sessions; Forum materials and proceedings; all Forum meals; Wednesday Oct 2nd Opening Ceremony & Welcome Reception; and Thursday Oct 3rd Rodeo & Reception.
Rodeo & Reception Only: Fees provide access only to the Rodeo & Reception on Thursday, October 3rd.
Media Registrations: Must be per-approved by the SEWF 2013 Steering Committee. Media Registration includes access to selected sessions, but does not grant access to the Tuesday Social Event. Please email SEWFinfo@mci-group.com for further information on Media Registrations.
Please note that all conference registration fees and social event fees are subject to the cancellation & refund conditions below:
All cancellations must be received in writing no later than August 19, 2013 for a full refund, less a $100.00 CAD plus tax administrative/cancellation charge. No refunds will be issued after this date.
CANCELLATION NOTIFICATION & REFUNDS Notification by August 19, 2013 – A refund will be granted less a $100.00 CAD plus tax administration fee per registration. Notifications received after August 19, 2013 are 100% non-refundable. Approved refunds will be processed and issued no later than November 8, 2013. All cancellations must be submitted in writing to the Conference Secretariat via: Email:firstname.lastname@example.org Fax: 1 604 685 3521.
CHANGES / MODIFICATION / NAME SUBSTITUTION Any change requiring assistance from the Conference Secretariat is subject to a $60.00 CAD plus tax administrative fee. Change can be made online by access the EDIT/CHANGE icon in your email confirmation. An alternate attendee name may be substituted if you are unable to attend the Conference. Substitutions are subject to a $60.00 CAD plus tax administrative fee if change requires the assistance from the Conference Secretariat.
RE-VERIFICATION OR REPROCESSING OF A CREDIT CARD Credit card payments that require reprocessing for any reason will incur a CAD $75.00 plus tax administrative fee. PAYMENT All fees are in Canadian dollars (CDN). Our secure server will process MasterCard, Visa, and American Express. Charges on your credit card statement will appear as MCI.
Please note there is an additional Offline Payment Processing Fee of CAD $50.00 plus tax, to be added to Cheque & Wire Transfer payments.

Please be advised that due to the proximity of the event dates, all NEW RESERVATIONS, MODIFICATIONS or CANCELLATIONS will be handled directly at the SEWF 2013 hotels. All hotel prices are quoted in Canadian Dollars, per night, per room. Rates are subject to an additional 5% GST, 4% Hotel Tax and 3% Destination Marketing Fee per night, per room. Taxes are subject to change without notice.
A one night’s room and tax will be charged if a cancellation occurs within 24-48 hours of arrival date, depending on each individual hotel cancellation policy.
Please confirm length of stay with the hotel at time of check in. Should you decide to leave early, the hotel may charge an early departure fee.
